The Government Degree College Manikpur,Chitrakoot is an Apex institution have got full compatibility to execute the new education policy 2020 in most perfect and feasible manner the insti tuition has focused on learner oriented and student centric having practical observation regarding study .all acedmician had tried their level best to convert conventional approach of selective study to academic approach of semester study having in depth and concise knowledge of the subject by the eminent faculties of the institution it has larger impact on adaptation of new education policy 2020in the best possible manner so that the Pinnacle of the student performance could be achieved having maximum productivity and multi disciplinary approach could be executed in long run.
The Thought process of entire education system is the upliftment of mental standard of student by providing them conducive environment within and outside the college campus. It promote the imagination power with perfect compliance of ethical standards of moral education and systematic learning,it create cosmopolitan culture with high moral values and develop a sense of awareness for environment protection ,upliftement of backword and poor people and helps for developing ideal citizen for the society. 1. The teachers enjoy full autonomy regarding departmental expenditure based on feasibility and past experience. The departmental heads use to provide the budget requirement which is duly complied by available resources . A Rs One Crore RUSA budget has been used effectively and strategically on a priority basis . Installation of solar panel, formulation of two small land scape and developing GYM and E-CLASS room with solid infrastructure has been developed. Re construction of new entry gate and other civil repairing work,developing ideal greenery belt with flora and fauna. All these expenditure are strictly audited by the administration and their evaluation is conducted on regular basis.

The performance of academic year was highest challenge to overcome covid-19, Online classes, development of fearless environment and social welfare with the help of Primary health Center among the various section of the society. Distribution of Mask,Sanitizer,Hand Gloves which enumerates us different from other educational institution.
